The 23 ranking of Arkansas is deceptive. They have had poor bar rotations that have them dropped down. I was surprised they have good form on bars and beam. Yea floor was a little high but we gave away too much on beam and floor landings could’ve been better. The athletes can’t control the judges and I’m just tired of the complaining about it on twitter, Facebook groups and honestly here. We gave away the meet and some can agree or disagree. Floor for all the Sec schools have a tendency to be high. Florida and LSU have benefited for just the name and have had high home scores. Arkansas looked good last night and we did for two rotations. Floor I feel everyone was kinda off on a pass. The first four beam routines pretty much gave 7 tenths away in deductions. We opened up the door to let the meet slip away. I love our ladies and they are fighters . With that said as a fan or a friend or a family member on this board the reality is losing a meet doesn’t matter really. It’s the scoring and we have to do the best to control the things we can only control. Form, routine construction, confidence. If those are down properly, the scores will show regardless what the other team is doing or biased judging .
