Aquarius quoted me almost 100k for what I think is a pretty standard pool with spa. I was expecting 75-80, do I just have low expectations?

$100K for a pool is probably the median these days. $75K is on the lower end with no frills or landscaping. My boss spent $135K on his peanut shaped pool during covid which includes a chiller, heater, fire bowls, tanning deck, lighting everywhere, and fully landscaped. It's nice but nothing extravagant. Like everything else in this world, pool prices aren't going down. Builder A tells Builder B he charges $ Xxxxx for a custom pool. Overnight Builder B increases his prices since people will pay it.
