A few people here know her, but I don't think they've been able to reach her, with the obvious loss of cell coverage. She said she was staying though in this thread yesterday.

Is this Liz? I also thought I saw someone else yesterday say their grandfather and others were staying around Sanibel and wouldn't leave.

To give you guys an idea about Bonita Springs, this was a rescue of an old man sitting in his car at the Prime Steakhouse. You can goggle that spot and see where it is. This is the sort of stuff that leads to deaths.

I don't know her personally or have a number. I do know her logistics and think she is sitting in a dry house, on high ground, in the middle of a temporary pond.
