No they have not, atleast at schools that are not majority black. I have seen 1 fight remotely like this and it was in 6th grade, between 2 black girls. Never seen a fight in a class room in HS and there were maybe 1-2 real fights on campus a year if that and were maybe 1-2 punches max.

If there was a fight (and there weren't very many at school) it happened in the common area at lunchtime - and it was between two people and it was broken up almost immediately. thank you. regular fight my arse. of course i didnt grow up in the jungles of BR, NOLA or the Port so maybe my view is messed up. We also had zero tolerance, fight on campus or even off if it started from school incident and you will be arrested, brought to juvie and have to pay 250 to get out. shite stopped pretty much all fighting.

I have a feeling the fine representatives of the 13% in the Op would not have been detered.
