Was she an LSU co-ed?

Her going to LSU is of no consequence. She wasn’t involved in a school activity. It didn’t happen on campus. She didn’t live or work on campus. The LSU angle only matters to locals and the national media because it draws attention.

This is all BRPDs shitshow to own and LSU doesn’t need to be drug into it.

This^^^

Plenty of kids at universities are killed every year and we rarly hear about it unless its attached to a bigger issue within the news cycle at the time. The Allie Rice murder happened to gain more news due to the shite show that is Murphy Paul's BRPD and skyrocketing crime within the city of Baton Rouge that was already making its rounds on national media.

The only thing LSU should be involved in, if anything, would be advocating for a "safer" city in general in which it is located. Higher crime rates eventually will deter and/or play a role in potential students from attending a school. This should be LSU's only angle.
