I favor a wall from California to the Gulf.

The government would have to seize much of the land in Texas to accomplish it. Unlike Arizona and California, RGV land is predominantly owned by private citizens, not the fedgov.

Eminent domain attempts along the Texas border have led to decades of court battles that have gone nowhere. For some reason, most people aren’t willing to hand over their generationally owned land, even at a fair market price.

Hopefully they enjoy the criminal illegal horde marching through their property, then. May the first and worst crimes they commit in order to survive be against those who didn't want a wall.
