Hence why hiring Jimmy Johnson was the only good thing he did. True, Barry Switzer did win a Super Bowl, but that was with Jimmy Johnson’s players. There has been no playoff wins of any significance since then.

With the exception of Parcells, Jerry's head coaching hires since have always smacked of underachievers and bootlickers.
It'll be interesting to see if Sean Payton ends up there.
