Doesn't really matter. We could always just take it all back.
I have a real problem with corporations buying up new homes and immediately turning them into rental property (hurts my brain because I'm usually all in on capitalism). I think Canada is correct on this issue.

I'd like to hear a good debate both ways. We don't live in a truly free market anymore so some of that goes out the window.
