Larry Coker was also a head coach for one of the greatest teams and seasons in college football history. Your point?
O was a joke that lucked into a title after taking over an extremely talented team with depth. He found a way to deplete that depth almost entirely as well as the talent beyond any one’s dream.
Even the Tepper effect didn’t do this much damage and those teams started at a lower level than the 2017 teams.
I would always rather sustained success than a flash in the pan followed by mediocrity, but that is just me.
