I would take Thomas 12 out of 10 times and pick up a TE like Albert O or Gerald Everett or just stream TEs for the season.

Well shite ... definitely trade Kmet away. Then drop Njoku and pick up either a RB or WR with upside.

Then I'd be looking at RBs on waivers to drop Njoku for. You'll never use him. Even when the bye week comes for Pitts you can just stream someone.

Who the hell is offering that before the first game? Even if dude is loaded at WR, he can do better than Cole freaking Kmet for MT.

I wouldn’t. Kmet and Jarvis went undrafted in a lot of leagues. At the very least, I could keep MT and pick up someone similar to Kmet unless several people drafted multiple TEs.
