Put 3 Covert cameras out today. None will find the AT&T signal. My Moultires will all find network in this location.

Can anyone help?

I called service, but haven’t been able to get through.

Do you have a cell signal on your phone at that location?

Make sure they aren't 3g cameras. I know verizon has stopped using the signal altogether.

Get them to known cell location.
Watch for the “bars” to indicate firm signal found
Format sd card first then
Perform firmware update
I usually turn off camera, remove sd and SIM card. Put them back in and then turn camera to setup.
Let it reboot.
Then after signal is found, turn to “on”
I’ve had no issue getting them on phone ever.
877-462-1799 is their number

Download a free app to your phone. It’s called Opensignal. This app will show you your nearest cell towers in which cellular service is the strongest where you’re standing. This can give you some insight as to which cellular trail camera service would be better in your area. And if I have no signal at all despite having everything else right I would look at herd360.com for a 10 or 15 foot antenna extension. They sell one that has eight DBI for around 50 to 60 bucks

On a side note, the general covert pics are grainy and not great when you zoom in. Sitting in the stand last year, had squirrels setting it off, so I asked for “HQ” high quality photo), it takes some dinking around to get the good pic. You have to log into the website. Then you pull up your picture. It takes several minutes for it to get there by the way, but MUCH clearer. Night and day difference
I will have to mess with it again to get the exact way to do it. I’m not tech savvy, so I believe young bucks can figure it out pretty quickly

Same problem this week. Called support, ATT no longer supports 3G. They will give you a 30% discount to upgrade. The old cams are now just regular trail cams.
