If another storm hits and my family and I bail, we’ve discussed Richmond, TX. SW side of Houston. Someone can probably tell me I’m crazy and say it’s a bad idea. Drove through it a couple times. Seems nice and out of the way but still close enough.

do clearlake, league city or friendswood if wanting to stay on sw side. but reality is....that area is still in the path of hurricanes as much as LC is. just been lucky other than ike. But it would be easy for you to get a job and prolly make as much or more than you do now.

but please pray no hurricane i cant leave and my life....well my wifes, would be literal hell if we had a hurricane again.
