My oldest son is 47 and I clearly remember his first fish and where he caught it.
A friend had a farm pond stocked with catfish. He caught a 3 lb cat in an ultralight.
3 years old! All I did was help him hold the pole up. And get the fish out of the water.
Unforgettable!
