Your first question is legit, and a great example to underscore the silliness of this.
Your second question is not so much. Their point with which I disagree, is that those former men, who identify as women, actually ARE women. You pretending to identify as a women is clearly not the same. These people would actually have “female” on their drivers licenses, goofy as that is.

Yes but you’re just pushing the issue down the path just a few steps.
Do you think it’s difficult in 2022 to go to the DMV and get your license switched from male to female? Answer: it’s not difficult. In fact, there’s a chance you will be applauded by the staff and onlookers on the spot.
Let me ask this question. What’s to stop me from switching my sex to female on my drivers license, and then applying for government contracts that are set aside for female and minority contractors only?
