LSU used to have great programs. Not sure if they still do.

Pediatric Abilities is wonderful. My son didn’t need speech but was evaluated there for speech and OT. He wound up with 2 years of OT. They were great there. I highly recommend it.

We got our son evaluated for Autism and we saw Dr Hollman in BR. She was wonderful. Spent basically a full hour with us. Super informative. She evaluated him then sent us to get him speech and OT evals.

The LSU testing center isn’t bad. I believe it’s in the basement of Johnston Hall still. Just know that a grad student will conduct the testing/interview under the supervision and review of a licensed individual. I think it was around $700 and took a week or two to get results back after testing.

Connections on Lee near Highland is another solid choice. Rachel Guidry and her group are great.

There’s another lady, can’t remember her name at the moment, that’s on Siegen closer to Highland than Perkins that is great as well but be prepared to pay $$$ if you’re insurance doesn’t cover it.

I’ll second Abilities for therapies, but get the autistic check from an neurologist.
