Indicted for what? It would be nice if he would provide the charge.

And if indicted and the case is held in Florida Trump will be not guilty. If the case is held in DC, Trump will be guilty. Then he will appeal.

But from the git-go, there are all kinds of 4th and 5th amendment technicalities the DOJ prosecutors have to plow through. Their case, whatever the charge, is already in complete shambles just based on constitutional technicalities.

Trump leaves this hoax unscathed and the DOJ/FBI will end up looking worse than they already do.

Heads roll in January 2025 when he’s President again.

While I agree wholeheartedly, when have you ever known Constitutional technicalities to matter to the Democrats?
