HELOC info request

I am considering getting a HELOC loan to purchase foreclosures at the auction. I do not have any experience with getting a HELOC but would appreciate a link or book reference that I can study before taking on this task.

A Heloc is a 15yr adjutable rate mortgage is what you need to know. make a plan to pay it off quickly or it will bite you in the arse. Rates start at about 6% right now and will adjust upwards at least once every 6 months in this rate enviroment.

I would also look at community banks- They used to have the best pricing but it has been a couple months since I did it last. Things change so quickly I am not sure if they still have the best pricing

If you don't understand a HELOC you probably don't want to get into foreclosure auctions.
