My fishing boat is 19'. 3 people fishing are the max. If there are 4, I'm not fishing and just worrying about boat control, marking fish, etc.

Exactly me. I had 5 dudes on last weekend, it wasn't a real 'serious' trip for me, just hanging with pals so not a big deal...but I didn't even try.
