alex stein is a right wing grifter. Got famous for rapping at city council meetings.
He went to LSU briefly. if you were at bogies around 2009 and liked drugs, there is a good chance youd run into him.

Stein was being interviewed by Whitlock about it and Stein mentioned Mintz called him and had an off the record conversation.
