College isn't necessary to have a good life...and I went to college. A lot (a whole lot) of my friends with no college make more than I do.
Get your kids in the best schools you can afford. Either private or move to an area where public schools are...hmmm shall I put it...not urban-like. Gives them a fighting chance.
