Wow. What a tool. I know they adjusted the rule where you can ground your club in the bunker now and I guess you could naturally move sand on your backswing but that is a lot of sand.

Was that a bunker at the ocean course? If so you can ground you club there and they are not raked. That doesn’t appears to be raked this the question.
