I haven't driven a stick in many years. This thread make me want to go out to the ranch and drive our old Jeep around.

Men learn skills. Oil change, plugging a tire, fixing a toilet, how to jump start a car, change a light fixture, and yes, being able to operate a standard vehicle.
It’s not hard and it’s fun. Kids learn how to do it. I could teach you in 30 minutes. You sure are getting your panties in a wad about not knowing how. It’s laughable. I can tell you’re intimidated by it. It’s OK, I was too…when I was 15.
