Daniels will surprise a lot of the rant this year. Seems like a lot of the rant already wants him to fail
He lost his OC, his 3 best skill receivers, and half his OL last year. ASU was a way shittier situation than LSU was; If BK and the coaches think Daniels is the guy then so be it. Kid has talent and obviously has been busting his arse and wants to be here.

Absolutely true, the only question is which group. The Daniels is the guy group or the Daniels isn't the guy group.

I think this is all true. Emotionally, I lean toward Brennan but I really just want the guy who gives us the best chance of winning right now, because I think the team is good enough overall to make some real noise this year.

Since that is mostly what we have to base opinions on, you really can't blame anyone who thinks that starting Daniels is a bad idea.

No one wants anyone to fail. We all want whatever makes LSU the best team they can be. Some think that is Brennan. Some think that is Nuss. Some think it is Daniels. Truth is, not a person on this board knows which QB really makes LSU better. The coaches know more, but even coaches get it wrong sometimes. Let’s hope they get it right.
Personally, I hope it is Myles because he has been loyal and waited his turn. But if he isn’t the best QB for LSU, then the coaches need to start the other guy. Sports is about rewarding merit. Whoever is best should start.
