Makes sense. The vaccines are doing nothing at this point.

The big thing was the CDC backing out of all this and letting the cruise lines determine their own policies and procedures.

Yep

It defeats the purpose requiring everyone be vaccinated only to then have outbreaks on the ship

My family just cruised out of Vancouver on Royal Caribbean and we all got Covid and were isolated the last two days. :/

Positivity rate on cruise ships was far less than anywhere else in the country. The protocols worked.
