Theres a decent chance if Dellinger cant really get going early on there that's going to be a downgrade from last year at that position.

If Dellinger or Turner can manage to just get the ball snapped to the QB itd be nearly impossible for them to be worse than Shanahan.

I honestly hate saying negative stuff like this about any LSU player, esp one that gave great effort, but dear god Shanahan was not very good at blocking & thats kinda important when your an Offensive Lineman in the SEC LOL!!

Shanahan was far better than people give him credit for here. He was basically graded out as above average. Yeah he got overpowered at times but all in all was a consistent snapper and did his job well enough.

Turner never stood a chance of taking the job from Shanahan so I have no idea why your comment that if he could snap it he would be better than Shanahan. They were on the same team together for the last 2 years...

Dellinger I think has a very high ceiling the only issue there is the snapping part honestly. HE could easily be an upgrade from Shanahan but like I said, it might take him time to get things consistent being brand new to the position. That's the wildcard there.
