I will also point out that unlike in a criminal trial, Trump pleading the fifth can be used against him in the civil case. A jury is allowed to assume the worst when someone pleads in a civil case.
A bit off-topic but it is an interesting side note.

Um who got wronged?
I used to be pro choice. Then I had my daughter and now I'm prolife. I'm not apologizing to those on either side of that argument just because I changed my stance... Based off of my personal experience. Is that hard to understand?
