Rainwater in San Diego (RIP)

501 Prime in Hot Springs served me a fantastic strip a few months ago.

Lowake steakhouse in Rowena tx for a ribeye.

Bentleys on the Lake of the ozarks for prime rib

Killens in Pearland tx for filet.

I’d leave today and go back to any one of those places if I could get my wife in the car.

I ate many a baseball cut sirloin at tj ribs, in Baton Rouge before it got too dark.

The secret to a great steak is good beef. If you want great beef, you have to pay for it.
