That ratchet strap trick is for tires already mounted. He needs them mounted on the rims.

I need the old dry rotted rear tires off and the new ones on. I’ve broken the old bead and have the rim about 1/4 of the way out but just can’t get it out. Watched a couple videos that made it look easy but the rim just won’t come out.
