Should proof of a positive tax burden be a prerequisite for voting on anything in general in this country?
No taxation without representation was the slogan. Not we demand representation without taxation.

1. Just because the government relieves you of the burden doesn't mean you aren't subject to taxation.
2. Are we adding up all taxes or are we picking and choosing based on your subjective criteria?
