I come across a listing for a used 2022 Sierra Denali with 19 miles on it. What would make someone change their mind on a truck with only 19 miles?
Buyer's remorse. Impulse decision. Emotional decision. Not receiving the spouse's approval (or communicating intentions) for such a large purchase. Or finding out the true cost of insurance, gas, maintenance, and amount of interest paid after the smoke settles.
Those come to mind.

I recall a Monte SS getting traded in back in the 80's with a few hundred miles on it.
Guy didn't bother to check insurance before buying it. Or told his agent it was just a regular Monte before the VIN showed different.
