I’m confident he’s ready. He’s inhering a team that is excellent on defense (by his doing), is solid at OL and at the skill and specialist positions. He has a veteran QB with talent who is ultimately going to determine how far this team goes.
If he fails in N.O. like he did in Oakland it’s all on him.

It's all on him, the staff, and QB. If Winston fails that's on him. If the offense sputters its on him even though Carmichael is running it.
The truth is on paper and record, we have a bad HC and QB record wise. That's facts. Now can they overcome it with a better franchise? Oakland and Tampa are 2 shite teams and both are in a much better position to succeed.
Allen will get 3 years.
