You can make that argument. He is kind of counter culture in some ways. He really does t care if you put catchup on your food. He finds it funny what people do with their food.

He likes to experiment. He has frick you money and lives very modestly (pretty much completely remodeled his home in Indy by himself), so he's not in it for the money. I see him eventually going completely off the grid when he gets tired of the food truck.

He does the food Tru k so he can work when he wants and doesn't need to worry about employees. He's also 100% deaf and having a brick and mortar restaurant is too much of a hassle for him.
