Funny how no one talks about them anymore now that it is overwhelmingly obvious then made right choice.

You're comparing a country with a population of 10 mil vs one with 330 mil. 20k deaths for them is still .2% of their population. .2% of the US population is 660k. I'm glad they managed to limit their deaths, but .2% is still .2%.

Also only 18.3% of Swedes are considered obese, vs the 36% here in the US.
