1991 was the first time I remember having season tickets (perfect timing). There was at least one before that I only vaguely remember.
Unofficially, the 1991 Vanderbilt game. It was a thriller, and that shows you where our program was at the time.

I know that I had earlier trips to Tiger Stadium in my life but this is the first memory I can recall. I was 9 years old sitting in the northeast corner with my parents. Looking down the goal line. I can still vividly see the ball pop loose. To this day it is one of my all time favorite football memories. That was Curly's first win and everyone was going nuts.
Later that season is another memory that's seared into my brain. #1 FSU comes to play and no matter how many times my dad corrected me i thought everything worked like pro wrestling and that if we beat #1 we became #1. Chad Loup found Kinchen for like 70 yards on our 2nd play and the stadium went insane. Then a monsoon hit and we lost. And the Hallman Era became what I knew LSU football to be.
