Yep, and the people bitching about it up this way are the same ones refusing to deal locally or pricing out the prospective local buyers. Which in turn leads to the evil non-resident hunters with deep pockets buying land and cash-renting it to the locals, or even worse, these extremely wealthy assholes whom have never been in the cab of a tractor or pulled a calf in sub-zero temperatures.
