Paxlovid is Pfizermectin, right? It’s just an anti-viral thats dosed for an infected adult human.
It’s widely distributed now. You can get a script for it easily if your doctor knows you have Covid. But most of you probably wouldn’t need it. The latest variants of the virus aren’t as bad as it was in 2020/2021.
IMO I wouldn’t bother with a booster or a vaccine if you haven’t gotten one by now, especially since anti-virals geared for Covid are available now.

Just get ivermectin and be done. No doctors, etc needed.

It was pretty mild for me the one time I had it. I felt pretty rough for a day and a half and then bounced back pretty quick.
That said, that was just over a year ago and I still have minimal taste and basically no smell. Had a piece of rubber melting on a piece of equipment the other day and had my kid not asked what smelled so bad I’d have never noticed until it was too late.
