The GOP needs to infiltrate vote harvesting NGOs.

Infiltrate vote harvesting NGOs to get them off their count on election day. The Democrats key assumption is that all votes harvested will be put in the Democrat column. If these NGOs are infiltrated with GOPers acting as Democrat advocates they can mark the otherwise Democrat ballots for Republicans.

And when they see the number of votes they need late into election night they will throw these ballots in to be counted not knowing that a sizable amount are GOP ballots. Also, this does not have to be done everywhere. Just the selected counties and cities of Fulton County, Detroit, Philly, Milwaukie, Las Vegas and Maricopa County.

Since Project Veritas is really good at these infiltrations maybe they could be charge with this project.
