If it is anywhere like where we live and another company provides high speed gigabit service... then basically never.
They prioritized places that did not have existing competitors, which is not surprising.
Honestly though really impossible to know, I would assume in the next 5 years?

Go on the AT&T site and register - you will get a text when it becomes available. Could be tomorrow - could be 2 years from now
