R’s sat on our laurels for too long, allowing D’s to completely take over the election process.

Want change? Become poll workers.

I applied to become a poll worker because they claimed they "needed poll workers" and at the time I didn't have a job. Neither did my son and he applied too. We never heard form them.

This is the only sane answer. Republicans always play catch up. The " steal" happened at least 6 mos before election day. People here are bitching about stuff that happened election night, etc.

The process is what won it for Biden. Democrats are political animals , they are forever trying to gain an advantage. They had lawyers out in 2019 making sure they had a groundwork in place. In Arizona, they worked for years to make sure they got control of Maricopa County. In GA they paid attention to demographic trends in Atlanta area counties like Gwinnett and Forsyth. In Michigan they realized that they just needed to increase turnout in Kent (Grand Rapids) and set about doing so in 2017.

Republicans since W have not had anyone who pays attention to little things that mean a lot. Karl Rove did and so did Tom Delay and the Democrats hated them because they were effective. I've said for years that the greatest victory the Democrats had was getting the indictment on Delay 15 - 16 years ago. Those two knew how to win elections before a single vote was cast.
