Im not saying youre wrong, but why would having a top tier reciever to contend with playing time help us land RR? Has he said this?

They played together at Bastrop and i believe are pretty good friends.

You could look at it both ways. If there is a good reciever there, then why would you want to compete for the #1 spot.
Or you could look at it like T.O. and Roy E. Williams at Dallas. They will take double teams off of each other.
The debate mirrors whether it is good to win or lose a game for recruiting purposes.

i look at it as a good way becasue benton and randle had a pretty good fr4eindship. i remmeber about two years ago randle wanted to wear bentons jersey number as a tribute to him or something like that.
