They need to have housing projects and not worry about the crime that happens there. I think now, some have 1 strike policies so that moves the drug game in areas that is inner twinned with the rest of the city.

The city was DEFINITELY better when they had the projects. Kept a lot of crime concentrated in those areas, leaving the rest of the city ***relatively*** safe.
