Why would Stoops leave one of the easiest contracts in college football? I get that he's an alum, but I just don't see that happening soon unless something absolutely ridiculous happens

As easy a Kentucky is, Iowa is easier. They don’t fire coaches. Ferentz has had some stinker season yet he’s never on the hot seat.

In fairness, Stoops could do as well as Ferentz, and he has had a nice long leash for 23 years. He has finished ranked (Top 25) only 10 times. He averages almost 5 losses a year. (4.8)
