Great golfer. Just didn't have the talent or drive of Nicklaus, really. But still, he had a phenomenal career.

Tiger was a prodigy as a child. His talent is at the highest level. He has loads of it.
Tiger was known for his drive. He trained liked a fiend and for long spurts practiced like one too.
Jack in my opinion had more structure and apparently avoided pills and ladies of the night. I guess in that way he did have more drive. Or focus.

Tiger was better at both of those things than Jack. The only reason he didn’t keep winning is because of his personal life getting the best of him. But on the golf course, there’s never been anyone better.

This is a poor take. Tiger did it against a much tougher field. He did it for a few years in a more dominant fashion. He changed the game and brought Sport Science to golf. a lot of these current really good golfers are a product of tiger's methods.
Jack was good and his record will probably stand a very very long time, but Tiger had more talent and drive
