no they wont, because the info they refused to show him they will have to show publicly in court on the record in order to purse it and there is no way they can do that

No, not really. Funny how people are taking Elon's side on this one, dude makes the most outlandish promises, and rarely delivers on any of them.
Elon has made a grave mistake here, you can't just walk away from a merger like this. Also, FYI, without his twitter army, TSLA stock will get pummeled. That's literally the platform he created his fanboi's with.
