The SEC already has a school for the south Carolina market.
The only thing the conference cares about when it comes to expansion are untapped TV markets. Miami makes more sense then Clemson and Florida state and unc/Duke and VT/Virginia make more sense then Clemson and Florida state.

I live in NC as well. UNC has a huge fan base in Charlotte and Raleigh. That's what sankey is looking at
