Imagine the University of Washington Women's Volleyball Team travelling from Seattle to Atlanta on a random Tuesday to play a Big 10 conference match.
I was saying this a couple weeks ago when all this dumb realignment talk startd. This is going to be absolute hell on every non-football school. Heck not even jus tthe washington womens volleyball team but even bigger programs like men's basketball. UCLA traveling from cali to fricking new jersey to play rutgers in a conference game on Tuesday night is a logistical head scratcher. The game will be in the afternoon west coast time so they're going to obviously miss all tuesday classes anjd potentially monday/wednesday as well. And for what purpose? So the league can make more money?
The "student athlete" went extinct years ago and sadly it's not coming back.

Hopefully it doesn't negatively impact the big 10's academic glory.
