Right which is why I was interested in learning more about Peptides. Don’t want to shut down remaining test to shed a couple more pounds and gain a little extra muscle.
Looking for alternatives. Again I’m doing life right finally with diet and food and sleep absolutely no alcohol and booze.
Hit a personal and mental goal of 100 straight days at the gym. Of course I had to rotate accordingly for recovery. I did this to shock my body and get my mind ready for what I want to see now in my physical goals.
Now I’m ready for a more productive 6 months regimen with a tighter leaner diet more cardio and possibly a side treatment if I find something interesting and not threatening to my health.

wtf why? cardio is a traditional sense is almost a waste of time. Walk with a weighted vest, hit the weights hard in a progressive manner and do sprint/strongman work if you must but sure as frick dont do 100 days in a row.

i highly highly highly suggest you doign what i said in my first reply.

get your macros from the calc, hit them consistently.

walk 360 min a week(fasted if possible as seems to help mentally with people)

and find one of the PPSA programs you want to do and commit to it. I suggest Pool Season 1 & 2 or Filling out the hoodie 1&2 or Silverback+Strongville.

do that for the next 60 days and get back to us. post in daily strength thread and in the put that fork down thread for accountability.

also get an inbody scan so you know your bodyfat and muscle levels and then test again in 60 days following the programs.

I think you will be shocked at the progress made if you truely do that.
