This isn't an adversarial trial. That would require cross examination and a jury to decide on facts given dual testimony. They aren't going to do that, because they know they are making it up. Oh and plus CONGRESS CAN'T CONDUCT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS. They can only carry out investigations regarding legislative matters, but I'll wait for you to tell me what legislative matter this involves. Why else would they have all of this one sided "testimony?" You actually believe a person can be found guilty just because someone says something about them and there is no allowance of cross examination?
