I used to have the same mindset. Problem is, when you allow certain things to go on that go against your values and principles no matter how seemingly minor, there will never be enough. They'll always want more... and more... and more. Remember when "gays" just wanted to get married just a few years ago? I didn't care if they did back then but now sexuality is being pushed everywhere, drag freaks are reading stories to kids and anyone can be whatever gender they choose to be or not to be. Eventually, they will ALWAYS push their views if they are allowed to. And if you think or say anything against it, you're the intolerant bigot.
