Did you also know that we have ways to turn coal into a gas that burns clean? Basically, they grind coal into a fine mist and inject it into an engine.
Germany had a process all the way back in ww2 to make synthetic fuel out of coal. They had lots of coal and very little oil. They still felt the necessity to invade Russia’s oil rich lands in the Caucasus region. Japan had the same thing and basically bombed Pearl Harbor to make absolutely sure they could invade Indonesian islands and take their oil rich lands without any US intervention. Both of these moves were made out of necessity and both were very big proponents of them losing the war. But Japan and Germany both had a lot of coal and the process in which to make it a fuel synthetically. In fact, it was very good for their airplanes. But the process to make it a fuel is a lot more complex than just pumping oil out of the ground and thus more cost effective.

Fact or fiction or unknown:
If Louisiana and Texas merged into a single country, would the oil reserves including the Gulf of Mexico exceed those of Saudi Arabia and some other OPEC countries.

Your client’s property is producing about 11 bcf/d, 11% of total US gas production…but it lacks infra so they’re “building” wells…doesn’t add up bro…you’re def not handling this person’s minerals.
That would also be nearly 70+ % of the nat produced in the basin!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

The real question is... Will the government issue the permit to drill...
Posted on 7/2/22 at 8:52 am to 10thyrsr
That’s interesting. Must cost a lot to power the grinding machines.
